Sarahanna Beauty Return Policy

 

Customer satisfaction is our top priority at Sarahanna Beauty. We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. In the event that you need to return an item, we have created the following return policy to ensure a smooth and hassle-free process:

 

1. Returns:

   1.1. You may return any unused or unopened items within 30 days from the date of purchase for a refund or an exchange except Final Sale Items.

   1.2. All returned items must be in their original packaging, with all tags and labels still attached, and in resellable condition.

   1.3. We reserve the right to refuse returns or charge a restocking fee for items that do not meet the above criteria.

2. Returns Process:

   2.1. To initiate the return process, please contact our customer service team at customercare@sarahannabeauty.com to request a return authorization (RA) number.

   2.2. Include the RA number on the return package and ship the item(s) back to the address provided by our customer service team.

   2.3. Please ensure that the returned item(s) are securely packaged to avoid damage during transit.

3. Refunds:

   3.1. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

   3.2. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

   3.3. Please allow up to 30 days for us to process your refund after we have received the returned item(s).

 

4. Exchanges:

   4.1. If you would like to exchange an item, please follow the same process mentioned in Section 2.

   4.2. Upon receiving the returned item(s), we will process the exchange and ship the replacement item(s) as soon as possible.

 

5. Exceptions:

   5.1. The following items are not eligible for return or exchange: all Flesh products.

   5.2. Opened or used items are also non-returnable.
