Sarahanna Beauty formulates its own skin care products and we are happy to introduce our first 3: Sarahanna Beauty Hyaluronic Acid Moisturizing Serum; Sarahanna Beauty Niacinamide Moisturizing Cream and Sarahanna Beauty Kojic Acid Moisturizing Cream.

Are your products cruelty-free and vegan?

Yes, all our products are cruelty-free and are also vegan.

How should I use your products for the best results?

For Sarahanna Beauty products, we recommend pairing our Niacinamide and Kojic Acid Moisturizing Cream with our Hyaluronic Hydrating Serum for optimal hydration.


Why doesn’t the content come out when I press the bottle?

The bottle uses a vacuum press pump, so you need to prime it by pressing down multiple times until the contents start to come out. The vacuum pump needs to expel the air space before dispensing the product. The bottle holds 110 grams, with 100 grams +/- 2 grams of content, leaving an 8-12 gram air space that needs to be cleared first.

Is the bottle broken? Why is the content not coming out?

It might seem like the bottle is broken, but it’s not. The content isn’t coming out because there’s still an air space at the top that needs to be dispelled. Keep pressing the pump until the content reaches the top and starts to come out. 

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

Orders can be modified or canceled within a short window after placing them. Please contact our customer service via email @ customercare@sarahannabeauty.com as soon as possible if you need to make changes.

How long does shipping take?

Standard shipping usually takes 5-7 business days.

Do you ship internationally?

No, we only ship to United States.
